The hospital will submit bills to your insurance company, as a courtesy, and will do everything to expedite your claim. You should remember that your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company, and you have the final responsibility for payment of your hospital bill. There are several payment options available to assist you in paying your bill.
If you are seen in the Emergency Room you will receive two bills, one from the Hospital and one from the Emergency Room Physician’s Group.
If you have an X-Ray you will receive two bills, one from the Hospital and one from the Radiologist who read your film.

What if I want to sit down with someone to talk about my bill?
Please come to the Business Office on 284 Spruce Street. If you visit this office, you can speak directly with the account representative that handles your account.
What if I just want to pay my bill?
You may pay a bill at the Business Office at the Health Services Building, or at the Registration desk at the Hospital if the Business Office is closed. You can also make a payment over the phone.
What if I don’t have any Insurance and may be eligible for Medical?
